Atento Brasil receives recognition in “Champions of the Decade” Award
This year, Atento Brasil celebrates 10 years, and in recognition of a decade of excellence in its services to clients, the magazine Consumidor Moderno, of the Padrão group, has awarded the Company with following titles:
Contact Center of the Decade; CEO of Contact Center of the Decade, awarded to Agnaldo Calbucci, the Company's president, and Relationship Personality of the Decade, awarded to Luis Alcubierre, director of Brands and Institutional Presence of Grupo Atento.
The award ceremony took place on 18th June, at the Hyatt Hotel, and was attended by all the executive directors of the Company.
The award was created to mark 10 years of the Prêmio Consumidor Moderno de Excelência em Serviços ao Cliente (Modern Consumer of Excellence in Services to the Client Award), which gives recognition to companies and leaders who have shown excellence over the last decade.
