Atento triumphs in AMAUTA awards
A total of four Atento Group branches: Argentina, Brazil, El Salvador and Venezuela, were a huge success in the AMAUTA awards, considered the highest award for direct and interactive marketing in Latin America.
Atento Argentina received the Gold Award for the "Crosselling" case of Movistar, and the Silver Award for the "Creando Fanáticos" (Creating Fans) campaign of Renault, in the category Telemarketing - Customer Service.
Atento Brazil won the Gold Award for the case "Cobrança no ciclo da vida: O encantamento do cliente e a recuperação do caixa (Charging in the life cycle: delighting the client and recovering cash flow) of Vivo, in the category Loyalty and Relations. It also won the Bronze Award for the case "Revisão Ford: Conveniência para os clientes e rentabilidade para a montadora" (Ford Revision: Convenience for clients and profitability for assemblers) of Ford in the category Telemarketing - Interview Programming.
Atento El Salvador obtained the Bronze Award for the case "TACA Resolution Desk" for TACA International Airlines in the category Loyalty and Relations.
And finally, Atento Venezuela was distinguished with the Gold Award for the case "Campanha de vendas TDC Corpbanca" (TDC Corpbanca sales campaign) of Corpbanca in the category Telemarketing - Sales Campaigns and Programs.
