Atento has successfully passed the Madrid Foundation for Excellence evaluation, and now joins the list of companies holding the Madrid Excelente distinction. Once again the company has received recognition for its dedication to quality and professionalism within the Contact Center sector.

Our pledge to provide excellence and innovation, and our ongoing commitment to improvement, customer satisfaction and active involvement in the economic and social development of Madrid, were all factors taken into consideration when the Foundation granted this award.

Over the next three years Atento will be able to cite the distinction, which will provide an additional guarantee of our successful business management and an added impetus for the image of the brand.
