The conference will take place on the 20th and 21st of April in the Auditorium of the Rafael del Pino Foundation. The central topic for debate will be the importance of shared responsibility amongst social partners in order to ensure a more humane society.

Iñaki Cebollero, Director of Human Resources at Atento Spain, will be participating in a panel discussion on the theme "Diversity Management: Businesses which generate equal opportunities", alongside representatives from other companies including the Director of Business Development and the Financial Sector from IBM Spain, the Director of Intangible Assets from Línea Directa, the Knowledge Management Director of Bankinter and the Director of HR Administration from Acciona. The discussion will be held on the 21st April beginning at 10.45am.
