Atento Peru sponsored one of the most important awards for Public Administrations from the country. This is the Award for Good Public Management Practices, which distinguishes the best practices from the Peruvian public sector, geared toward the rendering of better services to citizens.

The Peruvian branch of Grupo Atento organized this event in collaboration with the NGO Ciudadanos al Dia, with the Peruvian Public Defender's Office and with the British Embassy. Grupo Atento provided the participants with access to a telephone line for contact and for confirmation of presence, besides a team of collaborators that went about registering the guests. Furthermore, the Market Research Team of BPO Management drew up a survey among those present at the award ceremony, in order to hear their opinion of the event.

This fifth edition of the Award for Good Public Management Practices (BPG) assembled over 100 public entities from the country. Atento Peru was represented by Francisco Grillo, Public Administration Business Director, and by Luis Miguel Silva, BPO Director.

Atento collaborated in the reception and in the delivery of services to guests at the event.
