With the goal of becoming an organization of reference for the relocation of the North American market of Contact Center services and of BPO, Atento Puerto Rico certified a large group of collaborators based on the COPC (Customer Operation Performance Center) standard.

Standard COPC-2000® PSIC constitutes a complete performance management model, which facilitates the obtainment of effectiveness, of revenues and of End User Satisfaction. This standard provides the certified entities with the assurance that their operations are part of a very exclusive group of operations that share a large part of the best global practices of the sector of contacts with customers.

By means of this demanding training course in the COPC Standard, Atento Puerto Rico shaped new references within its organization, as a basis to attain the objective of becoming a Show Case Site, that is: a center of reference for the deployment of the COPC Standard.
