The sixth Congreso de la Confederación Española de Directivos y Ejecutivos (CEDE) was held on October 28, 29, and 30. Based on the motto "Positive leadership", the key players in corporate management and development discussed the main challenges faced by executives in times of great uncertainties such as the present.

At the meeting, one of the most important and acknowledged in Spain, executives discussed the manner of planning corporate operations and services, as well as the exchange of experiences and best practices.

This year the Atento Group participated with a presentation by the Company's CEO Pedro Villar. The company's chief executive stated that "it is necessary to focus corporate strategies on persons, as the difference between a successful company and a common organization is the place where we locate our employees."

One of the essential topics under discussion at the congress was the need for a leadership for change management and the unconditional support to persons, investing in training and intellectual capital.

The event was attended by Alejandro Reynal, Director of the EMEA Business Unit, and by the greater part of Atento Spain's senior managers.
