Based on its extensive experience of over 10 years in providing services to citizens in emergency situations, Atento Spain will be holding the First Forum of Excellence in Emergency Management on September 30th.

At this meeting, prestigious emergency managers will talk about and debate their experiences and knowledge.

Atento Spain currently manages numerous citizen call center lines, related to emergency situations.

The large number of specialists that will be meeting up at Hotel NH Eurobuilding, in Madrid, includes Alfonso del Álamo, General Director of Emergencies from the City of Madrid, who will comment on his experience in emergency management, such as that of the tragic plane accident that occurred at Barajas airport, in August 2008.

In addition, another major attraction of this meeting is the chance to debate the best practices and trends of the sector with the various individuals responsible for Emergency Services in Spain.
