Atento elected as one of the best places to work in Argentine
Buenos Aires, December 2, 2008. For the second year running, Atento Argentina gained a place in the ranking prepared every year by the Great Place to Work Institute, which ranks the country's 50 best companies to work in. On this occasion, Atento participated with all of its platforms in Argentina, being ranked as number 17.
Last year only the Salta platform participated, and at the time it was ranked in 11th place.
Moreover, Atento was able to feature in 8th place in the group of companies with over 1000 employees.
The method employed to prepare this ranking is based on a survey among employees of the different participating companies, and on an audit of their organizational culture. The survey measures chiefly three basic aspects of the work environment, such as relations with line managers, with workmates, and how the assigned tasks are performed.
GPTW attributes a score to each of the participating companies based on the results obtained both in the audit and research.
