The Grupo Atento is consolidating as a global company. Grupo Atento operates in 17 countries, with Contact Centers in 15 and business offices in 2 of such countries, respectively. Atento has been expanding its operations in Latin America and increasing focus on business in the United States. Atento has recently purchased Telemarketing Prague, in the Czech Republic.
