Atento España has 10 executive officers and 2 managers.

The team is under the responsibility of Alejandro Reynal Ample, Atento España's Substitute Board Member and Grupo Atento's Regional Director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Before joining Grupo Atento, Alejandro was Manager for The Coca-Cola Company between 1994 and 1998. In this position, he led multidisciplinary teams in the commercialization of projects for different Latin American markets. In 1999, Alejandro was Business Development Manager for the International Division of The Gap, Inc. He was responsible for developing and leading projects for the company´s international expansion initiatives.

In 2000, Alejandro started his career with Atento and until 2004 he was General Manager of the company´s operation in Puerto Rico. He led the company in a turnaround effort which resulted in a positive compound annual growth rate in revenues and positive net results of over a period of 4 years. From late 2004 until 2007, he held the position of Corporate Director for Grupo Atento´s Talent Management and Strategy Division. During this assignment, Alejandro was in charge of defining and implementing Atento´s strategy in the countries in where the Group is located, leading the yearly budgeting and 5-year planning processes for the Group, and defining and leading development practices and procedures for the company´s top management. In late 2007, Alejandro Reynal was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Atento Spain and Morocco; and in 2008, Regional Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

He holds an undergraduate and master's degree in Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Harvard Business School.
