Our platform models
The choice of platform depends greatly on the strategy adopted by customers, as well as on the prevailing scenario. Atento offers two onshore platform models:
- Atento's own contact centers
- Customer contact centers
It is increasingly more common for our customers to opt for the own contact center model. By associating with a partner that supplies infrastructure, software, human resources, and expertise in the provision of a number of services, our customers are able to concentrate on their business.
Atento España is present in a number of our country's provinces with 15 of its own platforms. By virtue of this infrastructure, we regionalized our services in Spain, centralized on one or more platforms, which allows us to provide solutions adapted to our customers' requirements.
Offshore Platforms - OutsourcingOutsourcing consists in transferring our contact center services to other developed countries.
