2009 ABEMD Award: Atento wins special awards, three golds and a bronze 2009 ABEMD Award: Atento wins special awards, three golds and a bronze

The 2009 ABEMD Award, the most important Brazilian Direct Marketing award, was marked by major conquests at Atento Brasil. The company's work was recognized by a jury composed of renowned professionals who granted the company two special awards, as follows:

  • Agency of the Year in the Call Center Specialty;
  • Best of the Best in the Call Center Specialty, with the "Ford Access for really special customers" case.

The event, which took place last Tuesday, May 12 at HSBC Brasil in São Paulo, also bestowed three gold trophies on Atento in partnership with clients Ford, White Martins and Unibanco Seguros & Previdência, and the bronze trophy with Sony.
