Atento has been officially introduced to its customers in the Czech Republic. The introduction took place during an event attended by EMEA's regional director and Board Member Alejandro Reynal, in addition to the Atento managers in the Czech Republic.

In the presence of almost one hundred customers, Atento was introduced as a company with a great future in the Czech Republic, with plans to increase its activities in 2009. "We consider our customers as our key partners," asserted Alejandro Reynal, for whom "six months following the acquisition of Telemarketing Prague, we had to introduce the company in a very special way."

Atento began operating in the Czech market in late February after purchasing Telemarketing Prague, the country's most important independent call center.

The opportunity of having a multi-lingual staff, being close to a number of European countries, and highly competitive costs were some of the qualities that Atento had in mind when considering this market. Owing to these advantages, Atento will be able to develop an array of local and international differentiated services for multi-national companies, based in this country.
