Atento is aware of the importance of its actions for society. Therefore, every year Atento increases its social responsibility initiatives and positively affects the environment.

As an important job generator and employee trainer, Atento invested in inclusion policies that favor the joint work and the hiring of housewives and young students that have the opportunity to work on their first job.

The policies to create qualified jobs conducted by Atento were acknowledged by the governments of Mexico, Argentina and Brazil.

The main focus of Atento's Social Responsibility is Education. However, Atento also assists society in necessary emergency services due to natural disasters and takes important humanitarian actions.

Atento encourages actions to gather money in all countries in which it operates. It works in partnership with UNICEF (United Nations Children's Fund), FAO (United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization), Red Cross, Telefonica Foundation and several governmental and non-governmental organizations.
